What
to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first appointment gives us an opportunity to get to
know you, review your dental and overall health, and understand
your concerns and goals. First visit will include:

An evaluation of your teeth, gums, bite, and oral tissues

steps
Your first visit may not always include a dental cleaning.
The appropriate type of cleaning is determined after the
dentist evaluates the health of your teeth and gums.
We
believe you should have the information needed to make confident
decisions about your care. We will clearly explain our findings,
discuss your options, and answer your questions before beginning
treatment.

To help us prepare for your visit, please bring:

Completed
new-patient forms, if provided before your appointment

A list of your current medications and supplements

Information about allergies and relevant medical conditions

Your dental insurance card, if applicable

A valid photo ID

Contact information for your previous dentist if you
would like us to request records

Please let us know when scheduling if you have dental anxiety,
mobility concerns, special healthcare needs, or other circumstances
that could help us make your visit more comfortable.
Before
Your Appointment
Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any remaining
paperwork and allow time for check-in. Notify our office
if you need to update your medical history, medications,
insurance information, or contact details.
If
you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide
at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the appointment
time to another patient.
Insurance
and Payment Information
Our team can help you understand the financial aspects of
your care, including estimated costs, insurance benefits,
and available payment information. Please contact our office
with questions about accepted insurance plans, payment options,
or treatment estimates.
Dental
insurance coverage varies by plan, and benefit estimates
are not a guarantee of payment. Patients are responsible
for any portion of treatment not covered by their insurance
plan.
